Join Alex Jeffreys Student Blogroll Now!

Hello fellow students. Please comment on this Post so that I can add you to the Blogroll.

The Blog is not as far along as I would like, but it will get there day by day.
I now see the power we will have as a Community and no one should miss out, so take action and get those Blogs up.

With so many great Blogs out there it would take countless hours to read through everything, so for now I am dedicating some time every day to visit all the student blogs I can find to add a generic comment about adding to my Blogroll and vice versa.

Alex says work smart right?

I will also make the list available to everyone to save time updating their lists.

So let’s join together by linking together as a Community and become a force to be reckoned with!

Well that’s it for now, mom and dad are treating me to Birthday Dinner.
Forty Six years young today and feeling like a kid in the candy Store thanks to Alex Jeffreys, his Team, and “The Rat Pack”, you people are an inspiration!

See you in Class!

    Hi Clayton:

Thanks for visiting my blog. Your blog is coming along nicely. Much more ahead then where I am but I will continue to plug away and create my presence! I am already on your list but if you can email the total list (if this is possible). The last night of the official coaching program was last night but as Alex said, it’s only the beginning!

    Sincerely,

    Dr. Lenny

Hi Bev and thanks for stopping by my place, I added your Link here.

As I said at your place you have a great idea for the eBook.
Everyone should appreciate it especially with the time involved, it is no small task.

I had no idea what to start with but due to all the fuss in our group about Blogrolls, decided to go on an intensive Student hunt with many hours to date. This gave me a way to contribute to others, hopefully saving them the time it took me by offering my Student Tracking spreadsheet which is up to 321.
I updated the Student Page using HTML tabling and can send that to others but I think it can be copied right off the page or from the browser View Source function also

My main goal is to build up my content and resources in helping others with their Blogs as I learn, which is no small task either with 1000's of others already doing the same.

    Cheers!

    Hi Clayton,

Thanks for the twitter follow… I must admit I don't get there as often as I'd like!

I am presently on my “world-wide” tour of Alex's students' blogs – quite a journey! You have a most impressive blog!

My pet project right now is to create a viral ebook as described below. I have just entered your site details on my blog and blogroll. Please let me know what you think!
And I would really appreciate being added to your blogroll as well.

Having recently started on my tour round the blogs created by the students of the Alex Jeffreys’ coaching program, the massive potential of this great repository of information hit me like a thunderbolt. It struck me that an ebook containing the links to all these blogs with a brief summary of the contents of each would be a huge source of valuable information to the Internet community.

I have created a post on my blog called “A Tour of the Alex Jeffreys’ Student Sites”. My initial idea was to visit each site, compose a summary and post it on the blog. Having only managed to visit 17 sites so far (I only started 2 days ago) and, with the idea for the ebook only arriving in my consciousness last night, there are only 7 summaries so far!!

So, to save time and get this done as quickly as possible, it would be great if each student would head over to my blog http://bevgough.com and enters his/her own summary of the strengths and contents of their own blogs. Please keep this summary as brief as possible – ie a maximum of 100 words.

When there are about 50 entries, I will publish the first edition of the ebook and make it available for you to promote on your own blogs. Thereafter, it will be updated as and when sufficient more material is made available.
This ebook will go viral and give massive exposure to each and every one of our blogs. I thought of the title “The Hottest New Blogs on the Web” – what do you think?

Any ideas, hints and tips will be gratefully accepted.

Looking forward to continuing our online relationship – let’s go viral!

    Best wishes, Bev

    Hi Jit
Got you on my list now.
Sure takes time gettin around to everyone isn't?
I basically give priority of reciprocating the students that visit me and then try to get around to Fortunate 500 friends as I have time.

    I'm coming over shortly.
    Salute!

    Hi Gary
    Thanks for stopping
This blogroll thing seems to be the hottest topic going and got me running scared!
Decided to have everyone on student page only with noindex/nofollow and hopefully I wont get the Google smackdown!

I felt from the start, and still do, that I'm behind.
Got sooo much stuff I want to get up here!
Just keep at it and it should become 2nd nature right?

Fixed your name and visiting soon.
    Cheers eh!

    Clayton,
Your idea's about the way you made a page for students will help me with my blog, I'm running behind with so much of the coaching program because I'm so new to the techy stuff it's not funny.

Oh, you have me listed with two R's in my name, could you fix that for me and add my link. I will be creating me a page like yours on my blog and I will make sure to reciprocate. Here is the URL http://GaryGilliamBlog.com

BTW, I appreciate you becoming a friend on the Fortunate 500 site. We should keep in touch,eh.

    Best of Success to you,
    Gary

    Hi Marit!

Thanks for finding me, after all, having children, let alone working multiple busineses leaves little time for anything else.
    You should feel proud indeed!
I visited your blog and sent you a word document with suggestions to hopefully help you along with your question. I am definitely not a Pro, but I’m happy to help with things I’ve learned so far.

Categories are used to organize your Posts into subjects. For example, I use Blog Setup for anything I Post about the physical setup of my Blog, and Blog Traffic for Posting about what I am working on to get Traffic. You can make Categories for any Topic.
When a visitor comes to find information on Blog Traffic they click on that category to list all Posts about Traffic. The easier it is to find info, the more comfortable the visitor is.

A Page is different altogether. Your Blog URL
http://maritfromcannes.com is your Main Page and also called Home or Front Page. When you add a Page your URL looks something like http://maritfromcannes/about.com
So far I added only one page here called Students where I have Alex Jeffreys Student names with Links to their Blogs. This is information I want separate from the Posts, collected on one page, and I also disabled commenting to keep it clean.
I also plan to add a Plugins Page where I list the Plugins I use with a short description, an About Me page, and more.

I hope this is helpfull for you.
    Best Wishes

    Hello,
My name is Marit Koskenkyla, I am a real newbie but trying hard to catch on: step by step.
Could you add me to your list? http://maritfromcannes.com

If you have the time, coud you explain what is the difference between a page and a category? When I write a post I don’t seem to be able to choose on what page it should appear. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

Tim: I fixed you up and activated your Link, all I had was B until now. Hope I was able to help with your fixing Permalink structure using Deans Permalink Migration Plugin. If not, Jozef Antony suggested another solution – http://fucoder.com/code/permalink-redirect/

Paul: Gotcha covered, Yeah it looks like I’ll be able to get everybody cleanly on one Page. I set the Links to open a new window and disabled comments to keep it clean. Hopefully this will work out and not have ill effects on Page Rank.

Jozef: I’ve been getting names from other Blogs, etc, and had you twice as Joze Fantony and Josef Antony.
All fixed now! Hopefully the Optin Form information was usefull to you. There are many ways out there, I just ended up with FasterIM-Optin trying to find an easy way to get it done.

Read Comments for more on the Optin I used: http://claytonmooresblog.com/get-featured-with-garry-parkes.html

Thanks to all for stopping in!

    Hi!

That is very good idea to put all those names of students in one post! I’m going to use it :) .

Please update my link: Jozef Antony, http://www.jozefantony.com .

BTW, how to create the link to your list building platform on my blog? The same way you did in widget “WARNING: Who Else Wants To Snag My Profitable List Building System For Free?” in the top right corder of your page.

    Thanks,
    Jozef
