Akismet – checks your comments against the Akismet web service to see if they look like spam or not and lets you review the Spam it catches in the “Comments” screen. You need a WordPress.com API key to use it. By Matt Mullenweg
Auto-hyperlink URLs – Auto-hyperlink text URLs in post and comment text to the URL they reference. Improves WordPress default “make clickable function”, and adds some configuration options. By Scott Reilly
